Refund policy

Each product you order from Fae Wylde Wares is made to order by our partners at Printful or handcrafted by us in Oakland. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective. Replacement will not be possible for items in our One-of-a-Kind Magic Collection as these are custom-made to order.

  • Defective Item: Within 30 days of purchase, if you receive a defective item (unused), please contact us at fae.wylde.wares@gmail.com with details of the product, the defect, and images of the product, laid on a flat surface. We will work with Printful to replace your defective item. Replacement will not be possible for items in our One-of-a-Kind Magic Collection as these are custom-made to order.
  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Replacement will not be possible for items in our One-of-a-Kind Magic Collection as these are custom-made to order.
  • Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment center, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
  • Returned by Customer: Fae Wylde Wares is a small business of one person and due to Printful’s policies, we cannot refund orders for buyer’s remorse at this time. Check the size specifications in each listing before placing your order!

Please note that all returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
